what can i say,i just love cooking and i love food.i have been reading up on food of the world which is mainly food from  the western and asian part of the world,then i started to research food from my motherland and the journey has been exciting.Hence i thought we people of african origin should come together and compile food from our continnet to show to the world what fantasty array of flavour,texture and variation we have in our cusine.
so here is to MAMA AFRICA.
